［WTA] Which landed project to choose

Hi all, I'm in consideration of choosing the landed property in rimbayu area. Currently I have submitted my loan application for eco sanctuary bohemia and it has been approved. But I am not sure whether this is a good choice as my initial intention was just to check on my eligibility.
At the same time I am actually looking at the Avela by rimbayu as well.

Anyone can recommend other projects that I could checkout for this area? I am still waiting for gamuda land to send the information as well..

Graphic card replacement

Hi, I would like to get some recommendations from you guys for my graphic card replacement.
Basically I'm just using this pc to play dota 2 and some mmorpg.
Please recommend me a graphic card which can run smoothly everything on my current monitor. Tq

Asrock B85 killer
HD7850 oc 2gb (just spoiled)
Transcend 370 512Gb
8GB ddr3
Corsair cs650m
Monitor dell 3415

Update*
I'm able to refomat the pc and I'm seeing some horizontal lines from the monitor.. after that i was trying to install driver but after restarts it went into black screen also. I was trying to run into safe mode to uninstall the driver but it keep prompt and saying not drivers detected...
So i want to ask is the gc officially certified dead
?

Hi, I would like to get some opinion on choosing the SSD.
I'm thinking to get an 500GB SSD for my laptop.
currently I saw the mx100 is selling 849 and transcend 370 is 689.
I'm thinking to get the transcend because of the pricing but I'm not sure whether is it good or not. Did anyone own this and share their experience on it?

I would like to ask some opinion on whether should I upgrade my rig?
My usage normally is music, movie and some gaming like diablo3 , dota and Lol.

I'm confuse of choosing between sapphire or msi
I have see that sapphire 7850 oc has 20mhz of core clock and 200mhz core speed compare to msi r7850 twin frozr
may i know which 1 is better?? please give me some advise on this.

Besides, i wan to Change my chap ayam casing to a better 1 and cpu cooler. Total budget is around rm1000 included graphic card...please give me some recommendations please...tq
