PC hang when playing game

Whenever i play warcraft online, my pc will hang (the screen freeze but still can hear the sound).

Do you guys know what is the possible problem that cause this? CPU? PSU? Overheating?

RAM's clock speed reduced

Previously I was using two Apacer 256mb DDR400 RAM,the scanning test from the bios said my RAMs are running at 400 dual channel.
Later when I add in another two Kingston 256mb DDR400 RAM,the test told me that my RAM are only running at 320 dual channel.

Why my RAM's clock speed reduced after I added another two RAM? Is it normal? Will it affect my com's performance?

For those who are using DDR RAM,what memory timing are you setting in your bios?
