Septic tank issue

Hi I am a first time buyer of a landed property and I am not sure of extension norms. I am in the process of buying a property and realised a septic tank cover in the back yard (picture attached). Does that mean I cannot do any extension in the backyard? Even if I leave the cover area out, is it safe to construct anything in backyard? Ofcourse with council approval.

Hi everyone,

We are considering our options to buy houses for our own stay and we are choosing between USJ 11, SS19 and USJ 9. (Landed double storey)

We are quite keen on a property in USJ 11 (near the boom town cafe) so it is not gated guarded.

What do you think about these options in terms of
1. Security
2. Traffic
3. Pollution

How to set print behaviour in excel

Hi, a friend of mine having this problem which am supposed to help in..lol! need help from you experts out there.

He has a data which which has 200+ lines of into...so the deal now is i have to create MAYBE xcel macro to;

first page print first 100 row for example..then
second page (after sum margin) print next 70 row
third page also print the next 70row
fourth page n so on...till it ends.

it will be printed on a large A3 paper. we have the data in a xcel file

can tis be done via macro? HELP!!

export graph in excel - PHP

Hi guys. i need experts help!

I have a project which am working on now, based on PHP -mySQL
...i would need to come up with exporting reports into excel. that is normal, its done..

but the problem is i need to export the graph (derived from the data) into the excel as well..!

is there any way to do this?

can we xport graph into excel using php?
or at least, can we create graph (just say using GD ext) , n xport /embed the image into the excel?

nearest tool that i can find is PHP-Excel ( http://phpexcel.codeplex.com/ ) but dunt think can xport graph.

Creating PDF file from a PHP link

Hi, i have developed php applications, and now need to export sum of the pages report (which is in php) into PDF for the user to export, download and print.

any idea on what is the best way to do this? Sum tool which just required url calling or sort ...to convert into PDF?

i have tried html2pdf , but its much more complicated anything simpler? the nearest i think feasbible is FPDF..any one?

hi people. i am frantically looking for a really cool -rarely used Blog tool that can be my blof platform. while I work on my MT installation problem , was wondering if you guys..knows what engine does www.mggpillai.com uses?

I cant seem to find any references, the only link goes to sonnerie.net . which turns out to be sum irrelevant site.. and there is a "powered by Sun" banner there..
anyone ada any idea?

2nd Q, any1 with any cool blog tools? that is not used by many, not those Wordpress, or Nucleus CMS..sumthing else..sumthing new..hehe..

Movable Type Installation

hi guys n gals, im am trying to learn how to install Movable Type v3.3
but i am having problm, first is the PERL location in my web server, have mailed them, guess have to wait till Christmas is over for the reply (

Apart from that, i find it really confusing ..are there any1 here who has installed-setup configured MT before?? i kinda need it

plz help!!! any1 with experience? what must be done..apart from changing the PERL localtion? been reading their help file, need to go tru again
