I intend to move to a new job in the GLC sector, the offer letter has been received but there is anxiety in accepting or rejecting the offer,

the offer is a one-year contract, the salary offered is RM100 less than the current salary, but the advantage is that 3 types of allowances amounting to RM760 will be given,
The distance from my home are around 5-6km

current job status is permanent, 4 years (1 company)
no allowances
The distance from my home are 7-8km

what do you think should i let it go or wait for another chance?

Hi, im trying to do Windows 10 Mobile Hotspots.
thing i've prepared is additional wifi adapter and the configured set up is to enable Share my internet connection with other device,

my device are connected with internet access meanwhile my desktop aren't, if i want the desktop able to access internet, i have to disable the Mobile Hotspot, is this normal behavior ?

Few of personal laptop users are unable to rdp their workstation pc cause of their laptop are not windows 10 pro,

Restore to windows 7 from windows 10

Hi,

Just wandered if I could restore the upgraded windows 7 to windows 10,
The reason is the original one is 64bit processor and 64 bit windows,

Current is windows 10 32bit and 64bit processor(Media Creation Tool)
This occur when directly download and install without put in USB and manually run(able to select 64 bit windows),
What are the preparation need to do before restore to windows 7 ?

im trying to upgrade a pc windows 7 64 pro to windows 10 pro 64,

after finished, the windows spec is different

windows 10 Pro 32bit, only processor is 64bit

this upgrade is done by using Media Creation Tools,

got a few pc with below spec need to upgrade and is it worth to upgrade or let it stay with windows 7 ?

Just to check whether you have experience regarding Heuristics.Phishing.Email.SpoofedDomain
Yesterday my users Is receiving e-mail from Citibank, usually they send everyday so included URL Links,

This detected as FalsePositive(error message) by our Firewall (EndianFirewall) when it come through receiver(us), even so we don’t want to tell sender to exclude any Links inside the e-mail every day before sent,

From my thought it is good to detect links that may cause phising/spoof but it also accidentally detect to all links is bad,
How do I set this to a minimal prevention since it detect all links are Heuristics.Phishing.Email.SpoofedDomain ? or was there a setting to lower the secure for this ?

just to check with you,

in our company we got one server for Application where 2 different business application, kaspersky console, and web-based application server(No hyper V)

of course each of the application got Database which required user and password to input; except for kaspersky console cause i never see any database login to that.

during if any issue related to 1 of the Application, usually they will send a request remote access to the server such team viewer/ultra viewer,

What is possibilities to get hacked or virus spreading ?

Hi all,

just to check with you,

our environment is now upgraded to windows 10 pro from windows 7 pro,
the performance is quite lower than before,

the reason is the spec was majority is i3-3rd gen and 4th gen and using 4gb Ram,

from what i understand only 32Bit os max usage of ram is 4GB,
but why the Ram is only use 3.20gb usable from 4Gb ram ? (from PC properties)

how to make the pc able to use 4GB Ram instead of 3.20Gb of 4Gb Ram ?

Why sharing network is suddenly turn off?

Hi,

i need some help here,

my company will have Firedrill test,

in my part, i need to makesure that everyone is able to open a application from DR site, and mapping network drive to user

so, our DR site known as Data Centre, as you know data centre is play network ip like private ip and public ip also different configured router,

our server is using public IP 117.XXX.XXX.XX (NIC_1)
and the private ip is 172.1.252.XXX(NIC_2)

meanwhile, our PC for users to use during Firedrill is currently using this ip address 172.1.252.XXX to XXX
however is it possible for user pc to view inside network for the server in DR location ?

how do i make the all pc users is able to view the network if the server is unable to set network profile to public ?
i've set this few times but it ended turn to off suddenly after im close and open ?

im bit stressed here,
the server is using Symantec Endpoint Pretection(is this the cause why the sharing keep turn off after turning on?)

Please advise me
