By right ideatech is good but they are located in KL and my family will be in Johor bahru at least until June and I cannot survive without a computer (posting this on a phone right now). My 4 year old laptop just died last night and probably the gpu fried.

So I decided to build a mitx or matx in a small form factor case. I went to danga city mall and it's like a graveyard in there.

Anyone know good diy desktop in Johor bahru?

Loan with company or a person name?

I am not really that good about this but so far i heard most people go for company name if they have is because of income tax ? which i do not really know much as well.
However i heard some of my friends with company loaned and when need to claim insurance or something that need company approvals are very pain to even retrieve like the " forms with numbers ".

For person name loan, i heard it is easy as giving IC and just process but if fail to pay the loan at the right times will make dirty of the person name and go black record ? ? ?

Also i have a friend where her father do not let her use company name to loan cars. Say the business is not going well.. is that a reason ?

Should i pay for a new car or just drive old?

Okay last few weeks i mentioned that my father is going to sell our family pickup for a better town car. However in the end he changed his mind and telling me to give the 10% deposit by myself and he can only pay maximum of 1500$ per month only.

My father have a habit of changing decisions in the last second and make everyone panic so i do not know he will keep his promise to pay that amount for the new car. Since it is under my name and will be very dangerous if he suddenly break his promise or should i sign a contract with him like a black and white for evidence lol

I was planning to buy the Honda HRV since its compact and also huge cargo space.

My monthly salary is only $2500. ($1000 for fuel and personal usage or savings) ... so left $1500 monthly only

Car price with tinted, accessories and gps tracker

$130000

10% deposit = $13000

Monthly pay up : 2300$ for 5 years loan. So deduct ( father help : $1500 ) = Every month i still need to pay myself for 800$

1 year = 9600
5 Year = 48000

Total = $61000 with 10% deposit

Or should i just drive the pickup truck. It is now free of charge for my usage and i do not need to pay anything except for self upgrades like tyre or accessories and fuel

But the disadvantages for me is i can only use it for work and deliver cargo. Going indoors are impossible due to the height clearance.... and parking it is very hard since it have additional bull-bars installed.

So should i spend this money on the new car or just drive the pickup truck instead.

Should i go for car coating like ceramic coating 9h or just full wrap ?

Price is around the same.

While in my opinion ceramic 9h is good but scratches can still occur on the car body while scratches on wrap is better when it is not on the car paint body.?

Okay as i mentioned before i am going to sell my vehicle but yesterday my father think the guy is fishy because the name card he gave us have invalid address. My father suddenly change his mind in the last second stating he dont want sell in a furious manner

The photocopy card and my ic is with the buyer however the vehicle is not under my name . It is on a company name

I told the buyer some reasons about cancellations and he said he can try to cancel but no promises stating that the documents for his loan hire purchase has been given ( that fast ? we are done around 2pm and he said he handed in at 2pm as well ? super man ? )

My experienced runner told me still can cancel. Later i am try going to find his shop anyway round... and give him back refund or something.

what should i doooooooooo....... my father can be very irresponsible and very bad sometimes but he said if sold ... i gonna pay that remaining loan

So my father found out that he rarely use the pickup truck space and decided to go for a smaller car in the 100-120k range. Please recommend others in the price range if possible less than 150k.

Went to honda and ask for HRV waiting list is to April while city seems to have stock but was told that the city facelift will release in the late 2016 but with the same engine most likely. Jazz is good but malaysia selling it almost the same $$$$$ as city with deduction of cruise control and econ mode.... He stated that he cannot survive without the cruise control because it will be hard to throttle constantly in a 600km ride every few days in the week. But the ultra seats is amazing for sure...... I dont get it why malaysia did not provide that cruise control while city does.

Then he went to mazda and was recommend by the head of sales stating that wait for mazda 2 diesel which will be around march and the fuel efficiency is very powerful 1 tank = more than 750km. Direct injection etc and hopefully they bring in cruise control since the current does not.

Peugeot is selling the 208 gti but its been more than 3 years since he drove a manual so he cannot be sure to drive it without getting use to it for a few weeks.

He told me to ask for help online while also stating that he dont want ford.... he says the cars from ford are good but once have problems the service center is no better than PROton

What to bring when travel to long distances?

My father decided not to call logistics for our chinese new year items deliver to singapore because it take weeks to arrive while we are able to just drive through in just maximum 1-2days.

However i will be traveling alone and no hotel stays. It will be from KL subang jaya - JB - Singapore and once everything is delivered, will be heading back to KL straight away.

So the question is what to bring and when to departure to avoid jams?

She is married and already have a son 7 years old. I bought her a battery phone case and a wrist band last year but she didnt use it at all.

Any petrol stations in Malaysia is okay ?
