            <description>All Sifusss,&lt;br /&gt;Which one is a better buy? DPC Nadia condo or Sentul The Maple? Both of them has park and lake. However, I am considering good government primary ( SRJKC) and seco dary(SMK) nearby to be enrolled for my kids. &lt;br /&gt;Not familiar with KL school quality.             <title>Weight Steady at 9kg for 2 months</title>

            <description>Mummies,&lt;br /&gt;My son is 9 months old and his weight is stable at about 9kg for 2 months. He was previously gaining 1kg every month. We are giving him 2 porridge meal, 1 fruit puree and about 600ml of formulate. His birth weight is 4.18kg at 95 percentile and now drop to 75 percentile. Could anyone advice what could be wrong? Should we change to 1 year formulate even he is only 9mo?&lt;br /&gt;Please share your experience.&lt;br /&gt;Thanks...</description>

            <title>Upcoming The Fennel vs Seri Maya</title>

            <description>Hi All the gurus,&lt;br /&gt;I am thinking of getting one unit, is either existing seri maya 1800sft or YTL upcoming The Fennel 1100-1300 sft. I hope they are about the same price tag(&amp;lt;900k). I plan to have my own stay at least for 5-10 years. Then, i may rent it out later on.. Appreciate all the inputs in terms of below factors;&lt;br /&gt;- accessibility to klcc as i am working there.             <title>Is Seri Maya 1800sf good for own stay?</title>

            <description>Hello,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am wondering if 1800sf seri maya with klcc view is good for own stay?? I am wondering the living community is still good in terms of security and neighbourhood. I&amp;#39;ve had heard that the place has been flooded of arogant middle easten and chinese. The unit costs me 880-890K.&lt;br /&gt;Appreciate all the sifus here that familiar with the environment give some opinions.             <title>what to do with cash?</title>

            <description>Hi all masters,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am thinking what to do with my cash now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am currently own 2 properties now. One property is locked by bank for another 3.5 years with outstanding loan amount of 119K. Second property is also locked by another 1 year with outstanding loan 168K. I was thinking to do early settlement but need to pay for penalties eg.  However, the first property is rented out. I am staying the second property but it can be rented out easily. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am thinking to get third property which the price is higher 600K&amp;lt;&amp;#036;&amp;#036;&amp;lt;850K for my ownstay. I am looking around all the newly launched projects. But there is no one in my taste with my budget. The Maple is the closest but the maintenance fee is steep. D&amp;#39;pines is not bad in location but it is leasehold. My requirement of the third property is to have klcc view, good security and balcony is big enough to have a small garden. Also, i am also not sure should i go for landed too for my budget.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since i can&amp;#39;t find a good property for my own stay, i am wondering what to do with my cash instead of keeping in my bank??&lt;br /&gt;1) Early redemption of one of my property. But, it needs to waste 10K for penalties&lt;br /&gt;2) Buy a old apartment/shop apartment in good location with cash then collect montly rental.&lt;br /&gt;3) Start a OK size of business?/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appreciate all the feedback and opinion.</description>
