hi guys, need help with my system

on the night before raya i switched my almost 2 years old coolermaster 600w silent pro with silverstone strider plus 600w.
1st try. i turn it on n i heard a pop. so naturally i immediately turn it off. i let it cool down like 5 mins to allow the protection component inside the psu to restart.
2nd try, the pc ran normally until i shut down the pc, i noticed the fan, the light, the cooler, everything inside the case are still running even though there's nothing on the display. so i use the switch at the back of the psu to turn it off. i check evry connection to make sure everything is in place.
3rd try, i turn it on and then off, and the i thought the problem is solved
4th try, after turning it on, browsing, downloading this and that, play some game, it suddenly restarts by itself. no error screen
5th try, i disabled automated restarts in windows, but it restart again

after that everytime i turn it on, it restarts at irregular interval. this evening i switch back to my cm psu n everything is back to normal, didnt turn it off from 6pm, no restarts.

should i try the psu again or check my pc parts?

gtx670
8gb ram
120gb ssd
1t hdd

alternative to corsair 600t

im using cm 690 II rite now
good airflow but
very heavy, 10kg if im not mistaken (600t is heavier)
very hard to clean, top mesh and front mesh

i looked thru the internet
and i found 600t,
looks good, the opening mechanism kinda cool, got removable filter
but too expensive

im thinkin bout replacing my current case with nzxt 410
is it any good? or there's a better one?

so need recommendation for the selection of thermal paste... for my h60...
i narrowed it down to four products,
your opinions are much appreciated,

i bought a second hdd for my rig this week,

seagate baracuda sata6 for my h61 sata3 mobo

im already using a western digital 500gb, working fine
then i plugged in the new hdd to install a fresh window 7
but when computer asked me where to install the windows, it says my hdd is bad disk

i restart n let it boot to windows
i used MiniTool Partition Wizard and i formatted the new hdd
then when i about to partition the disk
it doesnt appear in windows explorer(my computer)

i restart again
and the disk appear, so i made one partition in fat32
it went fine but i want to convert it to ntfs,
it dissapear again..

i restart again n now my current windows is corrupted
i disconnect the hdd, and try to let it boot to my windows
now the windows is fine

so sifu
please help me
wth just happen?
