This is a brand new authentic tote handbag bought from Agnes b. store in TST Sogo, HK in late April. It was a new arrival and last I checked in early May, it's not sold in Singapore stores. Edit: It's now available in SG stores for $375.

Handles are still wrapped with wrapper. Bag comes with white dust protector and no paper bag as HK implemented environmental awareness - had to pay extra for a paper bag.

Hi,

I'm currently using a rig which was built in late 2008 (~5 years now). However, recently i find that my GC (via DVI connector) is giving me problem. On and off, my LCD display will get flickered. And if i disable the GC via Computer Management, it seems ok. I hope my diagnostic is correct and it's not my LCD giving problem.

Sometimes the system performance is also slowing down if i open too many tabs in my browser. Playing D3 is also not an issue (cannot take high graphics, of course).

Other than these 2, i don't have much complain about my desktop.

My specs:
AMD AM2 X2 4800+ (2.50GHz)
Asus M3N78 Motherboard
Kingston 2x1GB RAM
Asus GF 8800GT 256DDR3
WD Caviar Blue 250GB hard disk (replaced in 2012)

PC keeps on freezing even after reformatted

I've been using this PC for more than 2 years and had no problem at all. However, recently my comp kept on freezing and i thought i installed something incompatible so i:
1. Quick formatted the system drive (C:), reinstalled Windows and left D: untouched. After Windows Update and all necessary software installed, it freezed again.
2. Formatted both drives and reinstalled Windows but it freezed while i was halfway installing.
3. Formatted both drives and reinstalled Windows again. Updated to SP3 (CD is SP2) and left it idle for the whole night. Checked my PC in the morning it freezed again.

These are my specs:
AMD AM2 X2 4800+ (2.50GHz)
Asus M3N78 Motherboard
Kingston 2x1GB RAM
Asus GF 8800GT 256DDR3
Seagate 250GB 16 MB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Disk
Cooler Master Centurion RC-690 casing

Recommendations on printers

Criteria:
- Usage is less than 20 pages per month.
- Black and white only.
- Preferably laser printer (since the toner won't dry up)
- Not too expensive/easy to find replacement toner (i think the starter toner will last me for a few years already).
- Print, scan and copy functions.
- Sales & service is available in KK.

So far Fuji Xerox WC3119 is one of the options. Any other recommendations?

Which 40-inch LCD TV do you recommend?

Guys, can i get some recommendations on a 40-inch LCD TV? I need it for Astro, movies and preferably comes with an "integrated media player" where it can read downloaded movies saved in a portable hard disk. No gaming/connecting to PC involved.

One of the shops recommended Sharp as it's the 1st that comes with 4 true colours whereas others only have 3. I don't know much about this or perhaps the shop gets more incentives from Sharp?

Another one said that Sony is good. Price is around RM28xx (i think it's KLV-40BX400) and come with 1 free DVD player. Not much complaint from customers.

I asked about Samsung then he said if you buy a Korean car you will need a lot of service and repairs. Same goes to other Korean brands.

Now i'm unsure and i have not asked about Panasonic and LG though. In terms of pricing, i hope it would be <RM2500.

Need guides to sell my car

I intend to sell my car but i need some guidance as i don't have any experience in this. My 2005 car is on a 6-year loan and it will be loan-free Oct 2011 onwards. My car registration card is still with the bank. If possible i want to avoid selling to car dealers as they tend to pay lower than market price.

Assuming i have a buyer now and he wants to buy my car in cash (or loan).
1. What are my next steps?
2. How do you value the car? I've went through some ads, same year car model will fetch a difference of 3k-5k. My car is accident-free and mileage is almost 60k.
3. I have changed some of the major components in my car early this year. Does this fetch a higher selling price? I have all the receipts with me.
4. Normally people will 'make-up' their car before selling right? If my car has some scratches and stains the most standard one will be spray paint my car first?

My problematic ATP3

Recently my Altec Lansing ATP3 is giving me problems. When I turn on my speakers, with my PC switched on/off, the right one comes out with a sound that sounds like radio can't receive good signal. My speakers can't transmit any sound from my PC anymore.

I've tried to unplug and replug from my PC it doesn't work. Tried on other PC it's still the same.

Is there anything that I can do to revive my speaker? It's kind of wasted to throw the whole thing away as the subwoofer is still working I think.

Having hard time switching on my new PC

Hi guys,

I've recently bought a new PC from Low Yat. I don't know why but it's kinda hard to switch it on.

Whenever I press the ON button, everything is running. I can see that the ON button is lighted, fan is moving, keyboard/mouse light is on etc.. But it can't load to the OS. It's like no response at all. I have to press the RESTART button a few times, then only the Windows logo comes out and load to my OS.

I've unplugged all my USB hard disk before switching on and set my hard disk as my 1st boot up priority. It's still the same eh.. Why arr?

SAP Training in PLUSXPERT

Hi there,

Just wanna know anyone of you went for the SAP Training in PLUSXPERT. Can you describe more on the program?

What I know is, they train you on SAP stuff for 8 months, with a minimum allowance of RM500/month. After 8 months, you will be rewarded with a SAP cert, provided if you pass the exam. Then, you will get employed by PLUSXPERT for 2 years as per agreement. The pay is based on your performance, so I don't know what's the minimum..
