I’m prepping tools, containers, and seasonings for meal prep, and I’m wondering if any meal-prep pros here have good tips on getting protein at a good price.

I used to have a contact who sold bulk frozen poultry at a very good rate if I bought around 5–10 kg, but I lost his number. Do any pros here have reliable contacts or preferred shops for buying poultry in bulk (around 5–10 kg)? **KL/SELANGOR**

cutting Salary or OT due to mistake

My boss asking me to pay the mistake which it never occured to me because the system went haywire during that day.

so he told me to pay it or cut from my OT. my manager and the team even defended for me is a general error from the system but he just doesnt care

Can my boss does that?

Hi daiko and daigajie.

Just wanna check the Rest Day section of the employment act...

So 1 week 48 hours work you are entitle for 1 whole rest day..

Is it possible that the employer break your 1 whole rest day of the week to half a day on both Saturday and Sunday?

Like :

Mon - Fri - 9AM - 5PM
Sat - 9am - 1pm (Work), 2pm - 5pm (1st half Rest Day)
Sat - 9am - 1pm (Work), 2pm - 5pm (2nd half Rest Day)

If such then is impossible to have 1 whole day rest. I havent signed the agrement letter with the employer just feels... fishy with that arrangement LOL

Just yesterday i received a LOD from UOB Bank to demand settle the minimum payment or else they will take legal proceedings to take action.

May i ask is there anyway i can talk to the bank and discuss the payment monthly to be readjusted?

I miss out 2 months payment and after that i received this letter.

Wanna ask my current PC was bought like 2~3 years ago by my brother but since he going oversea so i gonna take over his properties...

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250 (3.0 GHz)
M/Board: Asus M2N68-AM PLUS
Ram: DDR2 4GB
Graphic Card: ATI RADEON HD 4650

A 500Watt PSU if not mistaken...

So wanna ask sifu is there any thing that i can upgrade it without spending another RM2000++ for a decent PC?
My Major use is for photoshop/lightroom editing and also gaming such as Skyrim (mod version), Watchdog, Battlefield.
