Here is my story, I sent my car for insurance claim because of accidentally go up a divider and crack the engine oil sump, exhaust, gearbox and auto oil sump. Now the car is back and I sent a fully synthetic oil for the person in charge to change before this.. Now my car power losses around 20% power acceleration and the responses to change gear is slower! But my ride is smooth tho.. Now I wanna ask, is this could be the engine oil which they put for me is semi synthetic and they take away my fully or other parts problems? Anyone knows how to differentiate semi synthetic oil and fully? by colors? smells? or smth? couldn't find in the net. Thanks Add one more info, my car hit 5.5k rpm max now unlike last time till 6! And my ride is a myvi 1.5..

Hello all sifus, currently Im new in ICE and I just went for a Focal 100 KRS and a Focal Ibus 2.1 sub.. Im currently using the Ibus to channel the power to my front speaker which is 55w.. Considering to add a good amp since the shop people told me my focal speaker can support up to 100w and 55w is not sufficient for it to perform nicely. After that I heard from other people that 55w is sufficient and wont make much different compare to an 100w amp. Im comfused right now as I wanted to change rear speaker too and shop people intro to change head unit too as it can make big differences in the music as for the 24bit and alot more clearer music when played, they proposed clarion multimedia head unit.. Im thinking if Im changing head unit and the amp really make no much differences i might as well use the head unit built in amp 50w for my rear and nonid for an additional amp cause it cost a bomb too! lol.. Feel wasted if I put another amp since the underseat sub got build in 2 channel 55w and the head unit 50w x 4.. For sifus info im driving myvi 1.5 SE.. How should I do? Btw, they intro rainbow Ipaul amp or Infinity dont know what model forgot dy lol..

Story goes like this..
Recently my dad wanna buy houses in BU6 and we are from perak cause my siblings including me here study.. After months of considering and viewing a few units from different agents we finally found the house we wanted!
It's still in totally new and basic mode because no people stayed in before.. The previous owner buy it meant for investment.. However this agent of the house we contacted really unprofessional! Before this my dad phoned him from the house banner and asked if can view the house.. He said yes but keys not with him and he need at least 1 day to take it from owner! What a joke property agent don't have house key! 2nd time when we make an appointment to meet him then he call the owner come open house.. But he keep phone my dad to take along cheque book to make confirmation after the viewing! What a joke!? It's more than one and a half millions ++ house! After a deep viewing the house my dad ask him to give us 1 day to comfirm as his request is quiet unusual as he said the owner says at least 30% of deposit which make my dad need to consult a lawyer to check if it's safe for us to do that.. Then the next day when we confirmed to purchase the house my dad gave him my uncle and my phone to make appointment hand in to him 2% for the property agent stuff cause my dad go back perak already.. My dad mention to call us before and my dad said it should be around 8-9 around centrepoint. So today is the day.. 8.30p.m he phoned me asked if we gonna meet up.. I said yes. Then when I phone my uncle, my uncle said change to 10.45p.m cause he got something to do suddenly and venue changed to bandar sri damansara.. then I tell the property agent and he rant on me and blame my dad for everything like the world ends! He said he reach there now have to wait 2 hour! and say my dad don't know how to organize properly and say my dad should bring the cheque book that day to pay the 2% and keep asking me and my dad if we are serious buyer! Then continue rant me says he don't know how to go bandar sri damansara so far and need pay tol! I tak tahan and say nvm i go fetch you go! He then says don't want go so far so late already later come back 12a.m! He then call me to ask my uncle to come just for 15 mins! He insist on it! Then my uncle also fed up cause his attitude talking to my uncle and he din't even call my uncle earlier to confirm that meet up and he just go and expect everybody to be there! Then he says ok 10.30p.m meet at centrepoint i take him go.. i waited until 11p.m no body shows up and he din't answer my calls! Then 11p.m he phone me say nonid so susah already.. today is a bad experience for us.. he say if confirm what make it simple call lawyer and my dad come to office sign SnP. WTF is this?! Then he still blame my dad and uncle not co operative.. kanasai betul! His commission 2% is Rm30K+ already and he still act like he is the boss! WTF does anybody here encounter such a idiot agent?!

Summary :
It should goes like this..
-From perak dad wan buy house in BU
-Meet agent and agent keep asking my dad to bring cheque book when viewing
-Dad don't want bring and view the house and promise 1 day confirmation
-Next day confirm liao tell him to contact my uncle as my dad back perak
-My dad do literally tell him should be at centrepoint at 8-9 pm
-My dad call him call my uncle and me he din't until he was there at 8p.m
-My uncle got things to do and delay to 10.45p.m and venue change
-Property agent rage and rant saying my dad failure in organizing
-Then he say Sri damansara is too far from BU and need pay tol
-I offer ride he still say don't want and blame us he waste 2 hour of his life there!
-FYI, his commission is over 5 numbers and he still rant and blame us kao kao!

Hello /k.. I wanna ask if anybody here purchases ImWatch from the banner advertisement in LYN? Cause I purchased 1 over 1k+ and over 2 month I din't receive my watch.. I do E-mail them at first.. and they replied 1 month.. After 1 and a half month they replied 15 days.. after 20 days they din't reply me although I send 2 E-mail to them already! HELP! I got the receipt they send me via e-mail!

Saving Investment Fund..

Hello /k out there.. I have got a friend from Taiwan and his company opening a branch soon in Msia next month about the Fund Investment something to do with TRUST.. From his info this type of saving investment is damn gooding as the money invested is in overseas which is counted in US dollars. The % is higher than Msia x2++ and the gooding part is government income tax cannot check the fund $$ as he said we can buy houses or cars from the fund itself and income tax cannot check or something.. He said its a way to avoid income tax hence can spend on property and cars.. got this kind of thing?! He keep calling me to invest.. scare kena con lol.. Need advice thanks..
