Hi, i would like to ask currently my car is using Bilstein B8 + H&R lower spring. This absorber had been using for more than 4 years already and recently i felt my car handling not stable.

For this absorber is id advisable to do refurbish/repair ?

My car is golf gti mk7.

Hi,

I would like to ask how can i invest in US S&P 500 ETF in Malaysia via authorize Malaysia broker. The ETF i want to invest such as "Vanguard S&P 500 ETF".

Previously i had been advised to invest via the platform "Interactive Brokers". I am afraid if anything happen i might lost all the capital since it not govern under Malaysia SC.

Apply mortage loan with cash on hand

Hi,

I would like to ask if have RM 1 million cash on hand and property as below :-

- Property 1 - installment 1800 (rental income RM 1700)
- Property 2 - installment 1700 (rental income RM 1250)
- Property 3 - installment 1200 (rental income RM 1900)
- Property 4 - Fully paid (own stay)

Am i still able to get the mortgage loan ? i target want get another RM 800 k mortgage loan.

My monthly net income around RM 8 k per month.

I would like to ask is those "Trust Fund" set up by lawyer can this method use as your income and for apply loan such as hire purchase or property loan ? If yes is it got any term and condition such as minimum amount of the "Trust fund" allocate and estimate how much the cost require for set up "Trust Fund"

Did any one know how to register China email without require the China phone number. As i try to register china email it require to fill in the china mobile phone number.

For example i try register from "https://mail.163.com/" it require me to fill in the phone number.

Hi,

I would like to ask is it any tools can allow to make free web based apps which can install in the android and ios phone ?

The apps create can perform installation into the phone and look like apps install from "apple store" or "play store".

But the content in the apps is load from web page which develop using php.

Currently i had property purchase 8 years ago, it under flexi loan and loan period until i am 70 years old. I am 40 years old now and my loan still got 30 years to go on. If i do the refinance of my property that will save the interest for my property based on current covid market condition.

MOT auto debit into housing loan

I had receive a MOT for my property which is purchase 8 years ago. From the letter i received it did mention developer lawyer can direct transfer the MOT and legal fees into my existing housing loan without my approval if i did not make the payment before the expiry date. My question is this condition is normal practice for MOT payment ?

Hi,

I would like to ask if i had earn profit from KLSE for example Investment amount RM 500,000 and had earn RM 1,000,000 net profit means Capital + Profit total RM 1,500,000. My question is for the RM 1,000,000 profit earn this profit details can use for apply housing loan for RM 800,000 property price with 90% loan. The share profit is still on hold and haven't sell yet.
