Tenant delay for rental payment

Hi Sifu,

I tried to search similar topics from this forum, but can't found it.
Need some advice here.

I have one tenant delayed my rental payment, and didnot get back to me after 1-2 months.
For example, tenant suppose to make payment to me before 7th each month, but he didnot do so.
Furthermore, he read and without reply my WhatsApp & Call.

What can I do before I taking legal action? How much is the estimated cost?

Blacklisted Car Importer

I have one car - Toyota Wish (recon car) which bought around year 2015.

Recently, I approached Carlist and Carsome, both car seller platform don't want to accept my car because the car importer is blacklisted by custom.

In another words, I unable to sell my car to those dealer/ buyer who want to buy with bank loan. (Can sell to cash buyer only).
Any car seller platform should I try?

Any Sifu here has the same experience like me?
I really want to sell it and change for a smaller car.

Wow....New Feature from Grab.
Now, Grab driver can choose to drive to avoid several location such as KLIA.

Anyway, this is for discussion purpose as Grab just launch this feature today.

How to pull back job offer rejected decision?

For your information, I keep on delaoed my join date(2 times) and finally rejected the offer.
Will I leave a bad image for the company? Can I reconsider to join the company again now/ or pull back my reject email?
I quite regret after send out the job offer rejected email. do you guy have any idea to get the job offer again although sent out offer rejected email?

This is because my current company keep on persuade me to stay because current company provide me a good career path and Korea Training soon.
However, I really wish to join another company..

What would you do if you are in my shoe now?

As mentioned above, what do you think about minimum wage?

Our government is going to enforce on 1st January 2013, how is your company going to adjust the salary pack? What is the strategic from your company?

For example, my company take out our transport allowance and put it in basic salary in order to cover RM900.
