Legal Fee for Top-up Loan

Recently i'm planning to go for a top-up loan amount of RM200k. The banker (same bank as the original bank loan) verbally quoted me a legal fee of RM3600, is that reasonable? Forummers have experiences with top-up please advise. Many thanks in advance.

Transfer of Property Ownership

Would appreciate if someone can advise me on this;

I want to transfer a house under my name to my parent, can this be done since i'm still servicing the housing loan with bank?

With only for the transfer the ownership of house to my parent while i continue to serve the housing loan, am i allowed doing so? If yes, how?
