[WTA] PRIMA housing project also kena deposit?

Hi uolls,

I heard from my friend, for PRIMA housing project, no deposit is needed, just need to pay monthly. Is it correct? I am suspicious of her since at least booking fee is needed to mark the house is yours. And if deposit is needed, how much is it? 10% of the house price?

Am I correct or is she correct?

Please correct me if I am wrong.

My hard disk cant be detected. All the time it makes sound like 'click', 'click' and 'click'. I dont know what to do because i have many confidential data in the hard disk. I have to recover the data. Is there any solution?
