Hi guys,

I need your help. Recently, I am interested in buying my first SOHO house in Taman Equine park for RM300k++

My current situation, I am self employed for almost 3 years. I have my 1 year bank statement ready. No other outstanding loan. Got my first car which is myvi for monthly repayment of rm470 which I never pay it late.

Last few years, when I visit the property fair, one of the Ambank team did explained to me that I can buy my first house even though i didnt declare the income tax. So, when the time comes to buy, majority of the bank ask me to declare income tax.

My sales is less than RM100k per month, do I still need it?

Now im using p1 home plan for like 4months. Which is RM129 for 20GB. It has 1 green wifi modem and 1 black wifi usb modem.

Their speeds, terrible!! Especially the black wifi modem! Speeds so slow and can't even watch youtube smoothly even at low quality! For hd on youtube? Forget it!

Now I want to choose the maxis 4g wifi broadband. It has 7gb peak and 21gb off peak <-- what does it mean? For RM128 per month.

And, they will give me 1 Mobile wifi modem and 1 4g lte modem for free *which is I have to advanced pay RM340 for that modem*

So, anyone maxis user use this plan? Is it stable? And.. please suggest me other plan that have 2modem with 4g lte speed at below RM150 per month?
