We know some damage causes like flood need additional premium to be paid. I am curious to know if damage caused by pets or wild animals are covered under standard comprehensive policy or is additional requirements.

As an example if my dog chew up my car wiring and the repair cost more than my excess, can I claim?
Another situation is an elephant charge out of the jungle and attacked my car causing serious damage, can I claim?

Insurance sifu comments greatly appreciated.
