Hi all.

My sister's laptop's wlan adapter keeps disabled when she is connected to her work place wifi. She can only connect to the network for at most 10minutes. I suspected that it was the driver problem. so i update the driver. but still, the problem persist. When connect to lan port, also no problem.

So i suspected that maybe the wlan card is faulty. but she said that the problem only occurred at her work place, and when she is connected to her home wifi, there was no problem at all. She can stay online without a problem.

What is the possiblities that causing this problem? what should i check? thanks in advance.

btw, the laptop is Dell vostro 1320
