LLP questions (epf & socso)

My current situation is that me and my 2 partners had registered under LLP, and we just opened our bank account.
Only 3 partners, no staff.

So my questions:

1. Are we the partners considered as employee also? Or we can say that we have no employee?

2. Related to above, if we have no employee, is SOCSO also a must for LLP? (Obviously if the partners of the LLP is also the employee, then we must contribute SOCSO as well right?)

this is what I found in socso web site:

3. Can we actually skip contributing to EPF like sole prop/partnership? And consider ourselves as self employed and contribute by volunteer?

4. Or do you have any LLP consultant can intro me? Can't really find someone who are expert in LLP

I got a friend can't have a problem:
when put in his 3g simcard 128k
the iphone prompted for sim lock code
but the sim still locked even typed in the correct pin code

even he deactivated the sim lock, the same problem occur
