Dear All,

I would advice you all NOT to purchase from KC Home Furnishing.

Location

Then the shoes cabinet first arrived, the quality was bad and there is defect on the unit. I called up for replacement and they did, but this time they sent back the same bad quality shoes cabinet, and the person from KC Furnishing give me a threaten view and insist me to accept the defect shoes cabinet. Indeed a very bad experience with this company, am I too choosy? Or? I would said purchase at your own risk.

Have you guys face the similar issue before? If yes, how do you guys complaint?

Don't trust your agent, do a background check

Almost get myself cheated by agent. I was lucky to have some friend that got catch into the same problem previous with the same building. Here is the story, this building was built by a very bad developer. The master title was not with the management or house owner but it was with the developer and it was gajak to some bank for extra loan for other development. The bank owner went bankcrupt after that, the story I found out is actually the developer run away with the money in a different ways, for those bulky buyer out there you better watch out. She was force out from the house and receiving letter from the bank. I think she bought it not long ago. And this so call agent was trying to get the deal done as soon as possible, which had trigger my alert when I look into the owners eyes. They just give me some guts there is something not right about the place, I do make a background check with the local. The same eyes is telling me something was not right. In the end, I found out about it. But still the agent was trying to brainwash me by addressing everything was just fine. Penang agent are somehow very bad in some sense, so buyers beware your step.

Hi All,

I was a person with no sense of direction and always depends on gps to head to a new location or I will get struck for 30mins - 1 hrs looking for sign board and direction. And my gf gets mad with my deficiency on my sense of direction. The reason from her is men should be good at sense of direction. Besides that she was expecting me to know same of the Binomial name such as Homo sapiens(human) etc. But I'm only good at technology stuff. I was still trying my best to improve but it seems that she just can't bare it at all. I feel inadequate. Is she having high expectation?

Cracked glass - Samsung Note N7000 warranty void?

Hi Guys,

After I got my note, I accidentally drop my samsung note and the outer glass cracked(it happens on the 3 days). After 2 months(I didn't go fix it because I heard replacing the screen equal to replacing half of the phone), my note with original ICS 4.04 keep restart and can;t power on (most of the time). I wonder does samsung warranty cover the report even if I drop my phone before? The display was all fine, just the outer glass cracked, I can't believe samsung note screen can be so weak, gorilla glass is a failure.

Please advice me:
Does the samsung ori warranty still cover the repair for the motherboard, I afraid it might be the IMEI bootloader chip overheat issue.

Hi Guys,

I was planning to own a property. My salary are around 4k before tax. This few days I manage to contact a developer and the pricing was about 500k + lawyer fee (S&P is 1%) therefore, I suspect there is some hidden cost. Can anyone advice me on:

1. How many bank loan I can have with my 4k salary (before tax). I have clean record, no loan.
2. How many % KWSP I can take out for housing loan? I been working for 5 years.
3. what are the lawyer fee cost? What are the hidden cost? I heard they didn't mention about S&P requirement, such as house insurance, bank loan requirement(I heard if I want to take some document back I need to pay 3k+). etc etc etc.

Please help me
