Hotlink Free 100 Points (Real?)

I just bought a hotlink starter pack from the hotlink roadshow and the advisor told me just buy the starter pack with top up minimum RM10 then i will get 100 welcome points which i can redeem for 200 free sms. After i done that two days later, i still haven't received any points to redeem the free 200 sms. I check thru the hotlink web page and i found that it just give me 20 points only which is i top up RM10. The web page is stated like below :

Terms & Conditions
1. Free welcome points for all new and existing Hotlink subscribers.
2. New subscribers need to top up minimum RM10 to enjoy free 100 welcome points.
3. Promotion ends 30 September 2006.

Anybody know what should i do now? Just keep waiting or forget about it?
