Recently I saw someone selling brand new cuckoo bespoke massage chair online. Totally new,willing to send the chair to your home and selling cheap,around RM2000,is there a scam here?I noticed that the chair have a rental plan,every month pay around rm143,if the chair missing,what happen to the register person who use the name to rent it?

Hi sifu here,i plan to buy a house beside tranmission tower and htc. Hear that is bad for health,will easy get sickness like cancer or something. Interms of fungshui,it will makes people very uncomfortable.

high blood pressure in young age

Nowadays alot of young age high blood pressure .
32 years old pressure 139/99 heart beats 80-100 per minutes.

i had seen people who drink alchohal can reach 179/100, whole body is red colour, body is thin height around 173,weight around 65-70KG, i believe suffering from Uric Acid as well..

how to lower down high blood pressure? kidney will be in problem? kindly share..

money value drop tremendously.

-at 2021, 1 chicken rice is RM 5.00, now RM9 .
KOPI ice ,rm 1.80,now 2.9.

Money value keep on shrinking..

now where u park ur money? in FD? in property? seems no way to run just eyes naked see the money keep on devalue, things getting more expansive

Had been talk with my friend for the future, he had decided to move to SG, i ask him why... given some reason as below.

1) safeness ,in SG wife/girl friend can walk alot in mid night, Msia cant.
2) education, SG is way better in Msia
3)Salary , 3X money earn in SG.
4) lifestyle, cannt tolerate Msia goverment working style, Bank efficiently is low in Msia, usually wait more then 1 hour, but in SG few minutes settle.
5)Job opportunity, SG alot, Msia less

Actually im not very agree with the point my friend given, for me, the ultimate goal is to earn 3x money and back to msia to establish ,if migrated to SG, everything will be pay the same rate, then whats the point to go SG for work then? i not agree my friend who there is less opportunity in Msia, i have my friend who r very sucess in Msia too, i also see if a couple earn more then 15 K with age 30-35 is posbile in Msia KV area, and will be live quite comfortable (with luxury house,car) whereas SG cant, even rich but for accomadation also cant live comfortable bz of SG goverment policy.

What do u guys think? need some point here, also to advice people currently in Msia and want to go SG for opportunity. Do u agree the point my friend given ?TQ
