Celcom Postpaid Overdue Bills

Today I received an sms from saying that I have bills overdue and should be settled soon to avoid "tindakan selanjutnya". It has been months since I ported out and I've cleared my bills before I that. I called celcom and the guy said I'll have to pay otherwise my name will be blacklisted. The bill is about RM50 , huge amount for student like me , and I don't use for the last month some more.

2-Lets say , I want to convert it at Maybank.Would I need an account to do so ?

I've been considering to buy Nokia X1-01 as my motorola is no longer reliable.I went to this shop today and they are selling Nokia X1-01 for RM170.If I wasn't mistaken ,she told me the price includes a memory card.So,is it a rip off or not ?

I would also like to know your opinion about the phone.
