Repair Recommendation For Car Been Park For 1 Year

My car been park ( outdoor ) for more than a year.

Now I return to Malaysia, I wanted to use it for Daily Drive.

Other than normal maintanance, is there any precaution step or maintanance I need to take to prevent damage to my car?

Rupture Eye Blood Vessel Due To A Fall

Last year my friend accidentally rapture BOTH of her eye blood vessel due to a fall, she manage to undergo 1st surgery within a day after the fall.

Last month, her the blood vessel rapture again when at work.

After for nearly a month after 2nd surgery, she still blind at dark or place with very low light.

Is there any rough advice to recover her sight back as usual or at least to prevent this to ever happen again?

UPDATE

Her doctor begin to arrange her 3rd operation.

She currently have a bit blury sight in daylight, and total blindness in the dark.
