Setia Mayuri - A Balinese Inspire Sanctuary, a revive project of previous I&P Brogaville

Signboard is up, located opposite of Taman Tasik Semenyih along Jalan Broga, next to U-City and Univillage. Signboard said will have SemiD and Bungalow, 2 & 3 storey shop office.

Any taikor or taikajie got masterplan and product details please share.. One of the concern is this land is crossed with HTC..

I am expecting a new connecting road from this Project to Tesco Semenyih / Ecohill Taipan...

Just realize Top Home Builder Development (developer for Ascotte Boulevard) is building another 20 landed 2-storey shoplots at Rinching Commercial center, opposite to Ascotte Boulevard...

Piling already started. No launching, no advertisement, no agent, is it all already sapu by the developer staffs or associates..

The MRT fare is already published by MyRapid, wondering if such fare scheme shall push the pricing for MRT-linked property?

Not sure how the fare is tabulated, but it seems like it is not based on number of station/distance solely?

"The maximum fare will be RM6.40 based on the cash fare structure, and RM5.50 based on the cashless fare structure. The fare structure has been approved by the government and is based on the nominal flag fall and cascading rates for every four to five kilometres travelled, similar with the fare structure of the LRT and monorail services."

MKH new JV project along Kajang-Semenyih Corridor

"KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 7): MKH Bhd is planning to develop 10 tracts of land in Semenyih, measuring about 130.05 acres in total, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1 billion, via a joint venture.

In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, MKH said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suria Villa Sdn Bhd, had entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with three private companies — the landowners — to undertake the development.

The private companies are: Sim See Hua Brothers Sdn Bhd, Segamurni Corp Sdn Bhd and Joint Power Development Sdn Bhd. Eight of the tracts (115.49 acres) are freehold, while the remainder (14.56 acres) are leaseholds.

In return, the landowners are expected to get a minimum of RM238.95 million from MKH, to be progressively paid over eight years.

Alternatively, it could get 30% of the GDV of units sold for landed development, 20% for high rise residentials, and 22.5% for townhouses.

MKH said the development will be completed within seven years from the commencement date, which can only be fixed after the group obtains the relevant regulatory approvals.

“The land, which is besides the existing Kajang 2 township development undertaken by the group, provides an opportunity for the group to further strengthen its presence in Kajang and to participate and benefit from the on-going Mass Rapid Transit development, which is strategically located in Kajang-Semenyih corridor, being one of the greater Klang Valley’s choice locations underpinned by strong demand for residential houses,” MKH said.

The group also mentioned it will fund the development through a mix of internally-generated funds, bank borrowings, and/or other forms of fund raising."

Anyone know the actual location of this project? My guess should be the land opposite to Tropicana Heights / Nadayu currently.. mixture of freehold and leasehold...

PETALING JAYA: Five homemade bombs were found by police early Sunday at an apartment unit in Damansara Perdana which forced the evacuation of some 200 residents.

"Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zani Che Din said the bombs, which were located in an "inner area" of the unit of the 23-storey block, have been moved to a safe area. The bombs were taken to a nearby quarry and detonated.

"Two suspects, both locals, are at large. The unit was rented," ACP Mohd Zani told reporters.

He said the 200 residents of the block were evacuated as a safety precaution.

It is learnt that police also found syabu and ecstasy pills in the apartment."

If bomb detonates, shall it be covered by insurance?
