Hi all. I've been following LYN for a while for videogame forums and kopitiam, dabbled in ubuntu on and off, but much of my working time is consumed by work as a doctor.
I would like to create fill-in forms for medical reports, such that the resulting document will not be able to save if any of the form fields are blank.
Tutorials on creating form fields are aplenty on the internet, but is there one that will help me create what I need?

In English class, the teacher said: "OK class. We are learning the alphabet.whats a letter beginning with A?. Johnny puts up his hand and says 'Arsehole'. Teacher is very cross and warns him" Nothing like that again. We are civilized people here"
Next she goes on with B, C etc .... The rest of the class give normal answers like Boy, Cat, Dog etc , all the while Johnny is waving his hand madly . Teacher just ignores him because she knows whats going to come out of Johnny's mouth.
Finally , they get to the letter 'R' . Teacher thinks for a moment and thinks" Hmm. there's no cuss words beginning with 'R'. I'll let Johnny go this time"
So Johnny eagerly stands up and says" RATS! BIG F**KING RATS WITH BIG F*CKING C*CKS THIS LONG!!"
