sifu can u help me? last year my Maximum turbo core clock is 4,414 MHz but now it become 1,545 MHz. why? i include the picture for the Benchmark.

Help me how to solve this problem. I already installed razer synapes 2.0 and .NET framework 4.5 but when i change the wallpaper for trackpad it look black only. At default also black only. How to solve it?
