Transfer Photo from Android Phone to PC

Hi All,

Need some help here.

I would like to transfer all the saved wechat photo from my android phone into my PC.
In my phone photo gallery, it is shown over 500+ wechat photo have been saved and I can view each of it.

All the wechat photo are stored in folder SDCard/tencent/MicroMsg/Wechat
However,when I check in this folder,only 200+ photo available for transfer.

May I check where are the rest of the 300+ photo has disappear to? (because they are in the phone gallery,but how come not appear in the wechat folder?)
