Bikes To Learn Clutch Bikes

Hi guys.

I have B2 license and I can ride kapcai just fine, and are looking into learning manual clutch bikes, with hopes to one day own a MT15.

Now here is the problem:

I need a clutch bike to practice first, and I don't have one, at least one that I could access.

Watching youtube and getting the concepts are easy, but practice is what that counts.

I first thought I could go and get a B license straight, but i need to wait until April for classes, which is way of an overkill when all I want is MT15.

So...

Just to check with all you taikos here if there a place I can access a simple clutched bike to try and ride? I do not mind renting, nor care much about the bike type, as long as they have clutch.

Or if I may pitch an idea, can I rent one of your clutched bikes, for like 2 weeks while I ride around my condo block?

Couch to 5K Program

I first found this program on the National Health Service UK, when i was looking for a running plan for myself. Previously, i do not exercise regularly, just occasional badminton and football games. This program aims to get you off the couch, and be able to run 5km after 9 weeks.

four weeks into this program, I've lost 1 inch of my waist, is able to run for 10 minutes without stopping/walkinng, and i can feel my leg muscles firming. Such a good program.

if you are interested, please find out more about it here - C25K Running Plan

any of you forumers here tried it before? if you do, mind sharing your experiences?

35 hours without cigarettes.

so i have made 35 hours, at least. my last smoke was on saturday 12am in the morning. the decision was made when i jumped on the bus on my way home. in fact, my last smoke was puffed halfway through the bus ride when it stopped for a wee bit.

i have decided to make this posting as a way to keep myself occupied., guess writing about not smoking helps you to think better about the whole reason y you want to stop at the first place. more and more i realised that most of the time, i picked up a smoke out of boredom. coupled up with the fact that i like to do things, a smoke seem ideal usually.i found myself salivating when i think of smoke, so i substituted it with food. ive just bought a whole pack of cloud 9's to beat the urge. ive found myself practicing my drumming more, and reading more of this forum.

i pulled out my espresso maker this morning to make my latte, and it almost proved to be my downfall. the coffee was so good that it reminded me of my fags (that how we call ciggies in NZ). luckily world cup helped me out, as watching a few minutes of the replays took the urge away. guess ill have to stay away from coffee for these few days, some tea or milo will be great than.

i smoke an average of 10 a day, and depending on the situation, a beer or two might push it all the way up to 20. so i might have em easier than those who smoke more than me. i was advised before than going cold turkey might not be too good. slowing out your nicotine consumption slowly is easier. but 35 hours into my non smoking life, im enjoying it quite well.

it usually take me 2 days to finish a pack. so thats 10 bucks every 2 days, 150 every month, and 1800 a year. that amount of money can easily get me started on photography, as ive been trying to save up for an entry level SLR. but maybe ill congratulate myself earlier than that if i managed to survive for a month, ill take my parents out for a good meal at tony romas. hell yeah.

so far, ive been able to taste things better. had one of the best dinner of my life last night, with all the shredded chicken with mushrooms stew. even the beer tasted a lot better. and to top things up, South Korea beat Greece!

my advise to smokers out there, have your last smoke now, and join me quitting! lets deny those freaking ciggy manufacturers their money!

just got into an emergency and needed 3200 to fly from KL to auckland. my problem is that:

the cash is with my brother, whom currently lives in KK.
my flight is booked at 3pm tomorrow.

so my question is:

is it possible for my brother to withdraw 3200? so that he can deposit it to my maybank account through cash deposit machine.

how long does an interbank online cash transfer take?

how long does it take for a newly made maybank debit cash card to work?

worse come worse, what is the pre-quisite if i want to arrange overdrafting with a maybank account?

really appreciate it if the taikos here can help out.
