Recently (last monday) 3 of my friend laptop (2 brand new Dell and 1 Acer) got stolen in their room when they are having exam. The fcuking thief claim that he sold all the laptop to a shop in low yat. here is my question:<br /><br />1. Does the shop retailer check the origin of the laptop (who is the owner, waranty card, reason to sell...) before buying them in?<br />2. Is there a way to trace back the laptop?<br />3.
