I need translation for a title song

Hello guys,

I remixed a song for a french artist/singer, the remix is hiphop oriented with a strong flavor of malaysian gamelan melodic patterns
I called this version "the malaysian cut" but I had this idea of giving it a bilingual title (english AND malay) to give more spice to it
I wonder how you guys would translate it ?? memotong ? potong ? versi ? or anything different ?? I don't want to mess it up by giving it
an absurd or nonsense meaning...Can you help me out ?

Do you know any good computer hardware shops where I can buy a firewire cable (6/4 point 1394a)
It's for connecting an external audio interface to my PC laptop.

I'm in Ampang (Taman Sri Watan) and look for a place nearby, caus I have no car.
Any recommendation ????

Hi everybody,

I'm a new comer to KL, straight from France, and been here for about a month now. I moved to KL for...love (my GF is malaysian) and wish to settle here for a while.
I came to this blog after googling, caus it looks to be the right place to get informed about all kind of music related stuff in malaysia.

I'm mainly a composer/arranger and play saxophone and other instruments. I've been working those past years in the french advertising media industry, commercials, TV shows...working freelance with many production labels and studios over there.

I'm looking for any kind of recommendations about how is the music going on here, where to go and meet musicians, good places to hang out, good sites to get informed about music jobs and opportunities etc etc.
Well, any advices are very welcome, since I don't know any musicians around and can't wait to get back in the business !!!
