PTPTN

Are you blacklisted by PTPTN? or they have already sent a saman mahkamah which amounts to more than RM10K? dont worry. all you have to do is prepare these:

1) wang pendahuluan RM2000 - 3000 : negotiable later
2) surat rayuan: stating how sorry you are for not paying your ptptn installments promptly. how much pendahuluan you can pay, and the monthly installment
3) 2 months' pay slip
4) epf statement

go to PTPTN office, now they have a branch in most of the states. go to the counter and tell them you want to appeal to clear your name from blacklist/saman. all you have to do is:

1) negotiate the "wang pendahuluan" and monthly installment. it is a very easy process which takes only about an hour. they will calculate how much "wang pendahuluan" you need to pay which would range only within rm1500-rm3000. REMEMBER, IT IS NEGOTIABLE.
2) choose a method of monthly installment payment: salary dedcution/auto debit (standing instruction). if auto debit, you will have to go to your respective bank and apply for it and give a copy of it to PTPTN AND WITHIN 24 HOURS YOUR NAME IS CLEARED OF BLACKLIST/SAMAN.

DO NOT BE AFRAID THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A HUGE SUM OF WANG PENDAHULUAN AS WHAT THE PTPTN HOTLINE OPERATORS WOULD TELL YOU.

Advice: Company wants him to join back

My husband resigned last week. he worked in a teaching courseware company, joined as sales exec and then was promoted as sales manager. however, at the end of last year, the company did not pay the commission as promised and changed its terms (as the employment agreement was not clear on the payment of commission and the company could change the terms anytime). the commission given was only 25% and all the expenses incurred (salary, claims, epf, socso, even the employers contribution, bonus) al were deducted from that 25%. we expected a commission of about 70k but end up got only 11k.

and this year, my husband was put in commission base where you only take advance and no epf, socso, no shell card. all the salesman must bear the expenses on their own. the advance will be deducted from the commission. therefore, my husbands salary was totally reserved for his work.

demotivated by this, we set up a small business and my husband resigned. THE FIRST THREE ATTEMPTS failed. the bos pujuk my husband kau2 and asked him not to resign. my husband is quite a submissive person and could not say no much. but after a few discussions, the bos only gave rm 2000 as advance. my husband got pissed and prepared all the things, went to office nex day and returned everything and told the boss that he dont have the passion to work here anymore, and he came back.

just now, my husband got a call from his bos, he asked my husband to come back to work. he said my husband is an asset to company and dont want to lose him. my husband asked my opinion. we both decided will discuss about it tonight.

my husband is seriously thinking now. i just got pregnant and my husband thinks it would be better if there is a fixed income. how should i help my husband to decide?

if my husband wants to take the job again, what are the conditions we should lay out? please give me your valuable advice and opinion

Hai,

my friend is planning to continue her studies. i suggested UUM executive MBA since she fulfills all the requrements. when she called up Angkasa Training Centre (sub of UUM providing executive dip and MBA), she got to know that UUM MBA is JPA recognised but no MQA recognition.
