Brought it home, put in my simcard. Can use to call and message once I tried.<br /><br />Next day, used wifi to download whatsapp and other apps. Then during the evening, I could not use it to call and message anymore. Signal bar for network is full, but I just can&#39;t get it to connect. Wifi is working though, full signal but I could not use it to update my phone software.<br /><br />I am wondering, is the phone blocked? The parcel is in the process of being sent back to me. The post office told me that there is no such number for the address on the package. I contacted the buyer and asked her to pay reposting fees but she refused because she said it is not her fault.<br />What should I do?
