Water flow to somewhere instead of rectangular box

I bought a second hand house and key is collected. My neighbor behind told me my unit got underground water leakage issue and water flow out to land instead of to go into rectangular box. Any one got this issue before or any idea how to fix this?

Relocate DB Box and extend existing cables

Hi, I planning to hack a wall with a DB box, so DB box will be relocated to new wall.
My question, is it safe for long term wise.. since existing cable (light, plugs etc) will be join and extend to relocated DB box at new wall.

I was asking advice from wireman, he said safe and he will join using cable links. What is cable links and does it good for long run?

BEWARE of the a stall ASIA CAFE PUCHONG which selling MINI STEAMBOAT, BITTER GOURD RICE. I paid them by single RM100 note, but they insist saying i gave RM50. Reported to their boss but boss decline to pay me back!

Myvi 1.3EZI gear problem

Myvi 1.3EZI year 2008, jerking when 1st gear to 2nd gear. Changed ATF, still the same.
Occur when it upshifting to another gear with oil pedal releasing, especially 1st to 2nd gear.
Any solution for that?

landlord want me to pay rm250 to repaint whole uni

I rent an unit thru property agent 4 years ago. I received notice from agent 2 months ago saying agent want back the unit.
I return the unit back to them last week. Agent still holding my 1 month deposit and half month utility deposit.
Yesterday agent call me up and said landlord want me to pay RM250 to repaint the whole unit. Stayed there for 4 years, New paint will become dirty.

I need some advices, how to settle this case without paying landlord RM250.

D-link G604T problem

i got D-link G604T,i am using LAN to set the router. at dsl statistic at router there shows download speed: 1024,
i try to ping on window command prompt, ping yahoo's IP,
destination net unreachable..
send: 4, received: 4, lost 0
what is the problem?
i already set the dns
