Kena scammed, wana harass seller

So the story goes something like this.

I purchased mermaid blanket from a seller whom I found on instagram. Plenty of sellers out there selling too (including Lazada etc) but I went with her for 1 reason only, because she said it's READY STOCK. I wanted the item before I was due to fly off on 8 Feb to somewhere and wanted to use it during my winter holiday (so I kinda lied abit too saying that I'm overseas to give her the impression that I will only be back for 1 week during CNY, hence the urgency).

On Jan 20, I got in touch with seller on WA. On that day, I probably msg 10 other sellers asking about the availability of the blanket (so I kinda forgot which page I got her number from). Everyone else was pre-order except this liar seller. So she said, she's from Hugandkiss.co, screenshot of insta page attached.

So everything went well, and since it was Friday night, I knew that she wouldn't be able to post it out on Saturday/Sunday, so I delayed payment for a bit until she followed up with me again on Monday. Long story short, we negotiated and we agreed for RM120 for 2 units. I made payment to her CIMB on Mon, Jan 23 at 3pm.

Since it's ready stock, I supposed I should receive by Wed, Jan 25 (she claimed she was going to send out on Mon). So on Wed, I msg again to ask for tracking no. Somehow I already felt like something wrong, so I asked if it's from China. Our friend said no, from Malaysia factory. This is when I felt conned already, because that's not called ready stock.

Later that night, she sends me a screenshot of the delivery progress. Pls don't tell me I'm assuming CN is China, because I think I'm smart enough to know it's China.

She keeps going round and round, and still no tracking no provided. Can't open website la, etc etc, meh

Then she goes on to ignore me.

Feb 2, I msg to threaten to make a police report (I also don't know how to make lah without her IC no etc, I only have her banking details and HP no), just to try my luck and see if she will speed up my refund. Finally she replied lah.

Then she bullshit around and say factory close during CNY bla bla bla and now she says its from Singapore.

I asked for a refund, and she says need 2 weeks to procees. Goes on to claim she's a student, but I die die want my money so I asked her to borrow from her friend. She said ok, promise by 12am on that day itself (Feb 2), and can even get pissed off at me KEK! I went to bed at 12am knowing the money won't be in. But I still gave her the benefit of the doubt, cause I thought she might be scared at some point.

Feb 3, I checked my account, no money, I sent her a msg to wish her well, which she obviously didn't reply. Then I also sien already, forget about it for a while first and go for my holiday. I thought the item will arrive while I was away anyway (which totally defeats the purpose of buying it already, but still forgivable if it eventually arrives). Well, obviously it didn't.

Today, Feb 17, I decided to msg her again. As you can see, excuses after excuses. I even used my phone to call, both normal and WA call, and she didn't wana pick up. To get her to answer a simple question as to WHEN can she return the money also have to ask a gazillion times.

Sorry lah, the last part I tried to manage my vulgarity, but cannot control liao.

I'm so pissed off. What should I do next? I'm ok to part with my RM120 (but better if I can get it back), but definitely not without a fight. Not gonna let her go too easily. I want to report her, so if any of you can get her IC no and address for me, by all means, pls do. Thank you in advance first.
