Anybody heard of TTC Performance accessories shop?

Has anyone heard of or been to TTC Performance, Ampang? Are they good? I need opinions about them.
Bought something from them but I tested with problems in several accessories shops, shipped back to them to check and they claimed they are working fine + scold me. I have no idea is it my problem or theirs.

So, I bought 3 sets of HIDs and 1 Bi-xenon bulb & Relay wiring harness from them. [We live in a small village(BAKO), so my friends and I decided to upgrade to HID due to the poor visibility without street lights at night. We have our headlight beam lowered adjusted properly and tinted and have anti-glare shield to reduce blinding effects to incoming vehicles]

1st set HID (4300k) - 1 bulb does not light up. The bulb just flashed after turn on awhile, tried switching the ballast still same result.
So we contacted the seller and the seller scolded us, insisted that they tested everything before sending to us and blamed us for "going to the wrong accessories shop" as he claimed he never had problems before and we're his first customer with problems. After being rude to us he concluded and decided to send us a new bulb in the condition that we ship back to them the spoilt bulb. The bulb arrived, with label 4300k BUT light up white colour like 5000k. Eventually my friend do not care anymore and just live with this.

2nd set HID (6000k) - 1 bulb is yellowish to orangy colour at maximum charge, not even like 4300k OR EVEN 6000k at all as it brings a little orange, not yellow tint to the bulb. Yes we also tried switching the bulbs/ballasts to make sure it's not our car's problem.
3rd set HID (4300k) - works fine thankfully.
Bi-xenon bulb & Relay wiring harness - Got it installed for RM50 at the best accessories shop we can find. At first the HID lights up fine as usual but one side starts to flicker, after a while at "maximum charge" the flickering bulb just goes off. As we observed, the buzzing sound of the ballast sounds inconsistent which brings to the flickering light and then the ballast just shuts off with no buzzing sound at all ends up no light. The accessories shop guy tried installing the HID without the relay, directly to a normal hi/lo(halogen) bulb of their own and it works fine, so it is not ballasts' problem. Also they tried with two different ballast of their own installing with the relay, with the same problem at the end.

So we contacted the seller again and he scolded us the same thing, claiming he tested everything and they worked fine. Blaming that we went to an unprofessional accessories shop and even said if we want to change we can send back for replacement or if they "doesn't suit us" we can send back to them and they will give refund (of course in a very rude tone), adding "it's very hard to do business with you, send you 3 sets all 3 sets got problem, I do sabah/Sarawak so many years never had problem". About the relay, he said the problem I mentioned is not a problem "where got such thing, never tried it. If you plug wrong then it will burn or won't light up" [OKAY so why it lights up but shuts off after some time? Definitely it is installed correctly isn't it? Even tried changing grounding points]. Then he said "This is how troublesome it is to do business, especially with Chinese people, when got problem it's always us seller's problem, never the installer's problem". Some more he even said he will be responsible if it's his product's problem, but why scold us and being so rude to us. Everything has a 3 months warranty he mentioned. So we decided to send back the HID set with orangy colour light and the bi-xenon with relay to him and ask for a refund for those since he mentioned about giving us a refund as we are scared of buying his products already with such aftersales service. BUT turn out he pulled back his words and refuse to give a refund. He only mentioned giving refund for the 2 working ballasts, yes working ballasts, but not the other working bulbs and self-claimed working relay(while we tested with 3 different ballast, 2 different cars, and few different grounding points) and said "I know you want refund for this, but I don't want to give, so?". Before we sent back to them he mentioned we can refund if we're not happy about it and so I did tell him we decided to ask for a refund and send back to him but now it's a whole different story again. He said he tested the relay for 30 minutes with no problem at all (is this some sorts of magic?) and said "relay no spoilt, relay just function for hi low, how can make your bulb off, pls make sure u knw abt this, dun simply make judgement". What is the function of the relay wiring harness exactly? Is it as what he said? I thought the relay wiring harness is to draw power from the car's battery to supply a steady voltage to the ballast & bulb?

So is it my problem? Feel free to ask for his voice notes if you want.

Hello, Maxis. On my status bar, it showed that I am connected on LTE. However, I tried to subscribe to mobile internet to run the speed test and the result is disappointing. Only got download speed of up to 8MBPS at various location in Kuching area. Meanwhile, I swapped with my XPAX card, also running on LTE and I managed to get 22MBPS download speed at subscription to one day internet pass too. After that I tried on with my DIGI Prepaid, subscribed to one day internet pass too and I managed to get 28mbps download speed. Moreover I'm having full reception on Hotlink whereas on XPAX and DIGI not. Why am I not getting the right speed? Thanks in advance.

Suggest Bandwidth Controlling Software through IP

Please suggest a bandwidth controlling software which control their bandwidth through their IP address, such as P2POver. But P2POver doesn't work for my DSL-2640B modem because it drop the internet connection while I only limiting it.
Are there any other software that works like P2POver?

I need help, my internet has been disconnecting very frequently. I changed the DNS server to Google's DNS but it's still the same... Sometime it doesn't DC, but when it started to DC, it will keep on DISCONNECTING every 1 minute or less continuously for a few hours.
Any solution?
