            <title>To Flip or To Rent?</title>

            <description>Dear Property Investors,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many of us have different game plan before we purchase a property &lt;u&gt;for investment purpose.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Would like to know from this forum, how many of us buy to flip and what&amp;#39;s the percentage of investor will go for rental income?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Personally, I have 3 landed properties at the moment and I&amp;#39;m quite new to property investment. (Started 2 years back)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 of my landed properties will VP&amp;#39;ed in 3-5 months time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve decided to keep it for rental income and might consider to sell after 1-2 years time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Of course, it will run on negative cash flow as rental income for landed is mainly (-) negative.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How about your game plan &amp;amp; strategy?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please share &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appreciate all the feedbacks &lt;!--emo&amp;:)--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks</description>
