Selling MLM product in Lazada, Shopee

Recently I stumbled with a friend used to run a restaurant in Ipoh. Due to the pandemic, he closed the business and venture into MLM.

He is doing very well, knowing him as a humble man and has a family to feed, he also advice me to join him into the MLM business. All I do is give him my IC copy for registration to sign up and do nothing. Then every month there will be a sum of money bank in to my account. Then I will have to transfer back to him with deduction of 10% as my commission and he takes 90%.

First few months, I get about RM100 monthly and recently the amount goes bigger. I starting to get RM500. I'm impressed and I told him I want to join him as a player.

Everything sounds good except he told I cannot reveal myself for selling the MLM in Lazada or Shopee. The reason in MLM company prohibit member to sell things on the net. In the era of internet, I really cannot understand why the company would stop people from market it on the web?

My friend told me if I decide to be a player, he can guide me and I will be looking at above 10K profit every month. I don't need to give him any money, i just list them in Lazada/ Shopee. If there is order, he will will supply me the goods. This I don't see any suspicious that he is going to betray me. Moreover, every month by doing nothing, the company actually send the commission to me and I transfer back to him.

He showed me the insight of his profile, the revenue amount is almost 300k and I was thinking if he is earning 20% of it, it would be 60k. Just wow.

I am about to start venturing but I'm thinking if anyone here can suggest otherwise.

Photographer lost all the photos

My friend just got married last week and she did hired photographer to take photo of the morning church event and evening dinner.

The photographer then called and said the photos they took that day went missing.

What action should we take against the photographer and his company?

WTA I'm my own boss but why I cannot get a loan?

Im 26. Started my own business last year around this time.

My monthly salary is rm3000. As a boss, i do contribute to my own epf also but not fix. I never have any credit card. I never have any loan.

I have 2 assets under my name with completed loan with more than 600k market value or 1.2mil for today market value. It was given by my family. I have about 50k in my saving account. No commitment so far.

i have been paying rental since i move to kl to start my business and looking at growth of my business, i decided i should get a house for own stay. Found one 6years condo which i like.

Today i got news from banker my loan was rejected. I was asked if possible to get a joint applicant which i think quite impossible as my parents are retired.

Reasons my application was rejected, i was told im too clean for my record, i am my own boss and my business needed to be 1 year operation for bank to evaluate.

i hope i can get advice from u guys and hopefully any banker can help me out. thanks in advance.

My grandfather left me 3 properties. Commercial building, one factory house and a agriculture title land.

I would like to use it to generate fund to venture into business that I have plan.

I know I can get loan from bank with my 3 properties easily. But I appreciate if any elders here can share with me the best way to get loan to run my business.

I know I'm blessed with these properties but I foresee myself will go through lots of obstacles. Do lecture me!
