Privilege Banking. What is the benefit?

Any richfag here can tell me what is the main benefit of this?

I don't see any special benefit other than the reserved parking at the banks, having a relationship manager to help u do stuff and a better branding to make customer feel special. I was not impressed at all

What can it provide me that i can't normally get?

Can Malaysian working overseas get loan?

I'm looking to purchase another property in KL. Problem is that I no longer work in Malaysia. Which means no local pay slips, no more EPF and tax forms.

I have a foreign pay slip and tax deduction.

Assuming it is possible for me to get a loan, how would banks even calculate my eligible loan amount?
