Which is better?

1) Take accounting degree in Sunway Lancaster and then proceed with ICAEW.

2) Take CFAB in Sunway and then ICAEW. (express method).

3) Take accounting degree from Monash Sunway and then ICAEW.

Should give agent key?

May I know if we should pass the keys to the agent to allow them to bring potential buyers to view? Or is it better to ask the agent to screen the buyers first and then only go with the agent to show the house to the buyers( no keys to agents)? Pros and cons. TQ.

Do you really feel safe staying in condo?

I used to feel safer staying in condo but slowly I realise that it is not as safe as it seems. I just do not feel safe anymore when I enter the condo car park and especially taking the lift. Being INSIDE the condo unit is safe but GETTING into the condo is not that safe. In fact, it is funny, now I feel that it could be safer staying in landed, even if it is non-gated guarded. Of course, top choice is landed gated and guarded.

Is it OK to use streamyx as back up for UNIFI?

Hi all,

I am thinking of adding UNIFI to my existing streamyx at home mainly because I can't use my streamyx during thunderstorm. I want to switch to UNIFI and maintain Streamyx as a backup in case UNIFI is down. Is this feasible? Is it likely for UNIFI and Streamyx to be down at the same time since they are from same provider (Telekom)?

A typical business course is about AUD32k or about RM100k per year whereas in the UK, annual course fees is about 12,000 pounds or about RM60k. Is there such a big difference?

Turns out that those 2 are way way below us in terms of tourist arrivals. Maybe our statistics include all those foreign workers traveling to and from Indonesia, Bangladesh etc?

Most probably the Kota Damansara line will be operational first but when? Scheduled end 2016 but is it achievable?

What is the use of Medical Card?

If I already have term insurance which pays out either on death or Critical Illness, what is the use of medical card if I have no problem paying rm50k to rm100k of medical expenses on my own IF NEEDED? If CI is diagnosed, you can use that for treatment as well. If Death, then no need medical card also and family gets the money.

I keep hearing people say - medical card is very important but I fail to see how important it is if you have enough cash reserve to pay on your own?
