Recently survey UEP USJ area, and intend want to buy the USJ 2 house. As limited budget, so jz look with double storey 20 * 60 sf, jz asking forumer here, is it worth buy house USJ 2 area? still got room to increase value? Heard crime often occur within this area, it is true?
Appreciate forumer can give me some opinion ...

Hi bro/sis here,
Plan buy one unit there. Last week, go there and visit palm spring condo and found that quite noise within block D and E corridor above 7 floor..Both block just next to NKVE highway..
Need ask owner/tenant there, how bout noise level for unit which facing pool view for block D and E??
