Change my hdd without reformating Windows

i have a question for all the sifus here

currently my system is running on a 40gb hdd (c:\ 20gb - windows and progs, d:\ 20gb - only games). the prob is now i have an additional 80gb hdd which i would like to transfer everything from my 40gb without reformating windows (meaning from 40gb -> 80gb ... end of the day still stick with 1 hdd).

is it possible??? advice????

Currently .. my website's contact us page doesnt have an enquiry form . All i did was to add in a mailto:me@me.com when visitors click on my email address. I would like to know how to create a form whereby visitors will key in their details ... enquiries on dat page and when they click submit . It be sent as an email with all the details to my email address...
