How to reduce high ping..

I have 4mbps line, and a d-link dsl2750U which is ADSL2+

But it show up unstable ping..

I saw my ping at 1000ms+

Can anyone teach me how to reduce my ping?

Problems of Cant load apps/games..

Im using Galaxy Note..
Today i wake up from my bed, and i get my phone..
I try to open "Guns Bros" ( Games)
at the bottom right..
Didnt show out loading
but stuck thr..
and i try click the middle button to open task manager..
After a few second, just appear task manager..
I exit the games..
and open "Third Blade" ( Games)
Okay..
It enter till
Resume , New game , Option, Menu
I click resume..
but no respond..
Any way to solve it except restart my phone?

Im using google chrome as my browser..
I tried to clear recent searches from my address bar but i failed..
I tried..
Clear browsing data, Clear cache, Clear cookies..
all of them fail..

Anyone can teach me how can i clear recent searches from my address bar?
(DONT TELL ME TO UNINSTALL MY BROWSER AND INSTALL AGAIN)

I have a d-link dsl2640b..
I disable the wifi before and enable it again..
I open my laptop and try connect to the wifi..
Now the problem came, my laptop show out limited access,
Can anyone help me in this..

Im using the modem which TM gave me (D-link DSL2640b) I had update my firmware version from GE_1.07 to SEA1.00..

I try to done the setup wizard but.. still cant connect to the internet..

What type of connection should i use?

PPPoE? or PPPoA?

And what is Malaysia VPI and VCI?

I type in my username and password but i still cant connect to the internet..

Anyone mind help me?
