i m looking to buy this product. I hv catched 6 squirrel inside my ceilling (using mouse trap that i put on the ground) and yesterday it bite my wire aggresivelly and drop my downlight to floor and damage my wiring. I hv done study and reading and finally find one best solution but the product only available in US. Just went to jalan pasar just now to find out if any of the product or similar to it. I found one LED strobe light that can control the blink but not sure if the light intensity is as the product intensity about 175,000 candle light.

Pump or without pump your choice

Just to share you all, actually we dont need pump for our house. I design my house plumbing without pump. I can have my shower without pump with sufficient water volume and pressure. I have prove it for my house. There is a technique is doing so.

Please think twice before using ABS water pipe

I just to advised if possible do not use ABS water pipe.Instead please use normal PVC pipe. For PVC pipe please ensure that your contractor using Class 6 and 7.The ABS pipe is not resistance to acid, very easily 'makan' by acid.[attachmentid=2701434]

just to share...actually most contractor use formula to calculate the estimation of you renovation..else..how can they can give quotation between 2,3 days...if somebody want to know the formula..do PM me..

after the selection of the steel iron, observe also for the sand type they use...the best sand for renovation is from 'mine/lombong'..usually the mine sand is white in color....the.....second is from river..or we call pasir sungai....normally river sand in yellowish or redish in color.....for pasir sungai or river sand..make sure that the river sand is 'wash' type...else....there is mud inside the sand..causing your concrete not strong enough....

for brick selection....if you got budget..use red brick 'tanah merah'....this brick is good and strong..it also..make your house cooler..compared to sand brick....for sand brick..the price..last time is about 0.23 sen ...else..the red brick is about 0.37 sen..price already gone up...for the red brick..the fully bake brick is good...how to recognized this brick?...there is some black color or line on the brick....
