Photoshop, Illustrator n Corel Draw experts

Our government will organizing a Skills competition (Pertandingan Kemahiran Malaysia) that will offer a 5000 ringgit of prize for the
1st prize (or known as gold medalist). The skills is office automation using Microsoft Office 2010.

Most of the task is creating a business solution using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Acess. Seems like it is to easy right???
But believe me the task is quite tough and some task will need Visual Basic programming and tricks to complete the task quickly.
Task on graphic will used tools like adobe photoshops, Illustrator or Corel Draw (for drawing).

The best things about the competition is not only the prize. This one is like a sports competition we have ASEAN competition and
olympics or known as World skills competition for the gold or bronze medalist. This is the only place for computer experts to show
and prove their skills. Next ASEAN skills will be organize by Indonesia 2012 and World Skills2 013 will be in Leipzig, Germany.

We welcome experts all over Malaysia to participate in this competition next year in this trade
IT Software Solutions for Business.

Convert HDD to SD

Im looking for new light notebook.

Most of the supplier at lowyat suggest to convert HDD to SD.
HDD use as external HDD and can be used as backup also.

My concern:

1. Warranty void or not?
2. Price of SD 60GB = RM400
