Help on Gaming Rig Planning

Hi guys, currently planning my new gaming rig...going to buy it around nov or dec.
Budget would be around 2k. Without monitor etc.
Games i am looking to run would be Skyrim, Diablo 3, Rage, and The Witcher 2(old release...but my current pc cant run )

Below i have a few questions

1) GC: GTX560 Ti vs GTX560 - whats the difference? is it worth the additional RM150 i'm seeing at the store

2) CPU: i3-2100 or i5-2400 - wont really be OC-ing. Based on current gen and next gen games, which would be better investment? or is this totally stupid and direct go for i7? lol...out of budget

3) Current plan as below, will this run skyrim, diablo 3 etc smoothly?

(I'm from penang...this is the price based on store price sheet without haggling.)

Footnote:
I'm too lazy to go to KL to buy at a cheaper price, as after calculating all the travel charge, after sales, etc etc, its just not worth the trip.
