Hi Sifus,
need some help on my fren pc,

yesterday we went to LY to bought some parts to upgrade his pc,
i list down the old specs 1st:-

mobo: ga-970FX
cpu: phenom x4 965
ram: corsair vengeance 4gb
gpu: hd 6850
hdd: wd 1tb
psu: silverstone 600w bronze

upgrade to:-

mobo: ga-970FX
cpu: amd fx9590 with cooler: Corsair H60
ram: corsair vengeance 4gb
gpu: sapphire r9 380 nitro
hdd: wd 1tb
psu: silverstone 750w strider gold

all installation we followed the guide book given + some youtube source.
plug in power cord, monitor, mouse & keyboard.
but when turn power on seems like nothing happens,
the old windows still there, h60 & new psu fans spins correctly,
but the gpu fans spinning intermittent, seems like insufficient power,
at 1st it will spin for 5secs then the fans stop, then spins again for 5 secs and then it stop again, it goes like that until switch the power off.
monitor display nothing like on stand by mode.

1. is it the psu not enough? be4 buying we already ask the seller it should be enough.
2. does the fans for H60 air flow must directed to the radiator or can direct anywhere according to the pc case?
3. or the mobo not support? this 1 also i ask the seller he said should support.

appreciate all sifus here to help.
