Sharp pain in the abdomen

Hi guys. I would like to get some advice and opinion before i go to the doctors (i assume it's very expensive fee cuz im in Australia now).

Recently, after urine when i contract my body, i feel a small sharp pain on the right side of my abdomen. it occur from time to time. sometimes no pain sometimes got this sharp pain. it also occur when my private part is, well, "hard", and when i contract my body the sharp pain occur again.

im able to pass motion and there is no blood in my urine.

would like to know is this normal? will the pain go away eventually? or should i consult a doctor?

it's been about 1 week now.

Hi guys. I'm buying a bday gift for my gf but i cant decide which 1 to choose. we have been together for 4 years and i never bought her anything expensive or branded before, so would like to make sure what i buy would be the best.

This is what i have in mind: Tiffany & Co bracelets.

Problem is I can't decide which 1 would be more suitable.

The left side is all silver colour and can engrave 3 letters. I thought of putting her birthday date on it.

The right side comes with a blue colour pendant or something like that, looks more striking but cant engrave. And cost more.

Which 1 is better?
