How do you guys deal with the what if you have done that or stick to that path back then thoughts? Often find myself lacking in terms of career/money when compared to my peers. Have nothing much to show for while some are doing good moving up in life, achieving things and seem to be happy.

Hi Sifus, I am interested in purchasing a newly launched unit for own-stay. May I confirm if there are any other fees I need to be well aware of upon buying?

1. Monthly Installment
2. Maintenance Fees
3. Loan Insurance MRTA etc (I read it is optional, or is it a good practice to buy it?)
4. Reno / upkeep fees
5. OPR rate
6. Are there any other fees I need be aware and prepare for BEFORE and AFTER purchasing one?

What kind of screening you guys usually take and price? Felt a lil discomfort for the past few days *like a light press/squeeze sensation* at heart if breath in hard or some upper body movement. I went to check up with a doc and picked this screening for next visit. I verified with doc but I don't have much knowledge so not sure what to ask or if the price is good for what I am getting

Is the package worth it and covers all the significant screenings I require?
