The intriguing, fascinating and surprisingly crazy COSPLAY competition is coming to the hottest spot of Kuala Lumpur! Whether you are the passionate Anime fans, the professional Cosplayer, or the fantasy-minded Online game player, you are welcomed to join the Cosplay Competition in the VGA2012!

There are NO LIMITATIONS on Cosplay characters, you can wear the full costume of your favorite character, compete for the Grand Prize, and ENJOY THE FAME AND GLORY that you deserve!!

Contestant’s Preparations:

1. Contestants must prepare the music (example: background music for acting or the karaoke-version music for singing show), the organizer will not prepare music tracks for contestants. The music tracks must be the soundtracks of the Anime/Game. Self-composed music will not be accepted.

2. Contestants must prepare their own costumes. The costume can be taken from any Anime series, Manga, or Online games (Self-created characters are not accepted).

3. Contestants must prepare own transport, accommodation, food and beverages.
4. Contestants must complete the application form and send the form along with the music tracks for the talent show to the email address stated.

Terms and Conditions:

1.This competition is open to individuals of 13 years old and above.
2. Contestants can choose the theme for Cosplay, such as any character from any Anime series, Manga, or Online games (Self-created characters are not accepted).
3. The Cosplay theme should not be related to any sensitive issues such as politic, religion, sex, and racial elements.
4. Contestants must perform for the talent show based on the nature of the character depicted.
5. This competition is only open for individual contestants, but each contestant can bring along a maximum of two Cosplayers as backup dancers/supporters.
6. Bad behaviors such as smoking, harrassment, causing noise pollution, and anything related to violence and improper languages, are strictly prohibited during the event.
7. CiB Net Station reserves the right to amend the contest schedule and prizes, without prior notice.
8. CiB Net Station reserves the right to the final decision. Enquiries and complaints on the final decision will not be entertained.
9. CiB Net Station will not bear any responsibility on the accidents during the competition.
10. CiB Net Station reserves the right to utilise the contestants’ information, photos, recordings, and video as the advertising materials.
11. Contestants must take care of their own safety and protect their own belongings during the event. CiB Net Station will not compensate for any loss of belongings during the event.
12. Contestants will have to bear the cost for any damage to the equipments, microphones, screens and other possessions will be beared by contestants.
13. Metallic weapons (sword, axes, shuriken…) and firearms are illegal and therefore are not permitted as props for Cosplay. Projectile weapons (even plastic ones) are also not permitted as props. Explosive weapons and sharp weapons are strictly prohibited.
14. All foam, cardboard, Styrofoam and soft wooden props (balsa wood) are allowed as props for Cosplay.
15. By entering the competition, the participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions as set out in this document and on the website. Participants who do not follow these rules will be disqualified.

Photo(20%): CiB crew will post the picture at the CIBmall Facebook Fan’s page Album. Share and “like” the picture posted in facebook. Total “like accumulated from 3 picture posted in Cibmall Facebook Fan’spage.
