1. Motorola USB drivers 4.9.0 with MotoHelper
2. Android SDK-Windows Platform
3. Java™-JDK™ (Java SE Development Kit 6 Update 25)
4. RSD Lite 4.9.0 or RSD Lite 5.0.0
5. US Cincinnati Bell .sbf file
6. SuperOneClick v2.2

BASIC MOD
This is compulsory for every Milestone XT720 owner to know BASIC MOD.This is mandatory before applying MOD FOR FROYO or TWEAK FOR ECLAIR. Flash and Root to phone and Format and Partition to microSD card.

Flash phone to original stock Android Eclair 2.1

2. Root
Rooting is the process by which you regain administrative access to your phone.

3. MicroSD Format & Partition
Formatting your Micro SD card prepares the card to store new data. Formatting can also clear up errors on a malfunctioning card. A partition is a section of your Micro SD card. Each partition can have its own formatting and operating system, as is the case with the "C" drive partition on Windows computers.

TWEAK for ECLAIR
1. App2sd
Since 2.1 Eclair not support auto save apps to sdcard. Here comes App2sd and some tweak make your phone memory bigger than original 2.1 Eclair stock ROM (from 128mb to 168mb, increase 30%)
